Jaylen Ellis, a 2019 wide receiver from Cedar Hill, is now Baylor’s first commitment for the 2019 class.
Ellis is incredibly fast, which fits the mold of Baylor’s recent targets. Colt Barber of Sic ‘Em 365 reported (free) that he ran a 4.39 40-yard dash at Baylor’s camp last week.
