If you were waiting for new Head Football Coach Matt Rhule to hit the ground running in recruiting, your wait is over. Today, only a few hours after Baylor announced his hiring, Rhule made his very first offer as HC to DeMarco Artis, a DE/LB from Sanford, Florida, that was reportedly one of Rhule’s top targets at Temple. Artis reported the offer on Twitter.
Your guess is as good as mine about whether we have a real chance to flip the 3* Florida State commit, whose profile at 247Sports can be viewed here.
