Both the Buffalo Bills and Baltimore Ravens made huge coaching decisions with moving on from John Harbaugh and Sean McDermott. Both Harbaugh and McDermott set the standard in their respective buildings, but with constantly coming up short, both coaches were fired this offseason. Harbaugh eventually landed with the New York Giants while McDermott plans on taking the 2026 season off.
The Bills are going with Joe Brady and the Ravens are going with Jesse Minter. Brady has been in the building and has continuity with Josh Allen. Minter spent some time in Baltimore from 2017-2020, spending three seasons with Jackson.
