The season may be drawing to a close, but Dominic Calvert-Lewin is preparing himself for an important few weeks for club and country.
The Blues forward is currently in South Korea with England for the FIFA Under-20 World Cup, ahead of their tournament opener against Argentina on Saturday (6.30am BST).
The 20-year-old has been joined in the squad by fellow Toffees Ademola Lookman, Jonjoe Kenny, Kieran Dowell and Callum Connolly as the young Three Lions look to progress from a group also featuring Guinea and hosts South Korea.
Having enjoyed an impressive first season with the Blues, rising from the Under-23s to Ronald Koeman’s first team, Calvert-Lewin is eager to take his form onto the international stage.
