Everton Unveil Snapchat First

Everton has delivered a first-of-its-kind campaign in Europe by teaming up with long-term partners Tagboard to bring cutting-edge Snapchat content live to the giant displays in Goodison Park.

Having used Tagboard to augment the Club’s matchday screen output by featuring fans’ social media posts for the last four seasons, this latest technology collaboration with Snapchat has allowed the partnership to break new ground.

The campaign puts Everton in the company of some of the world’s most innovative athletic organisations. Tagboard has previously enhanced the user experience for sports fans by bringing Snapchat content to displays in major stadiums across the USA, as well as the famous Tokyo Dome for Japan’s national baseball team, but the Toffees’ Premier League clash with Leicester City in April saw a debut in Europe.
