Mason Holgate has been included in the England Under-21s squad for the upcoming European Championships.
The defender has been named in the 23-man party that will travel to Poland later this month.
Holgate, 20, made his competitive Everton debut at the start of the 2016/17 season and went on to play 21 matches in all competitions for the Blues.
England have been drawn alongside hosts Poland, Slovakia and Sweden in Group A of the 12-nation tournament, which runs from 16-30 June.
“I started to get into the England squad since I broke in with Everton last year, so I haven’t played at a major tournament yet,” Holgate said.
