Jonjoe Kenny has been rewarded for an excellent year of progress by scooping the Everton Under-23s Player of the Season accolade.
The defender has led by example in 2016/17, captaining the young Blues to the Premier League 2 title.
Kenny was a regular throughout the Under-23s season and also stepped up to the first-team frame in for the final two months, which included making a substitute appearance in the Premier League fixture away at Swansea City - his second-ever senior game.
Kenny was unable to collect his award on Tuesday evening at the Liverpool Philharmonic Hall after being called up to represent England Under-20s at the forthcoming World Cup in South Korea.
