INDIANAPOLIS — Indianapolis Colts quarterback Jacoby Brissett has been given the OK by an independent league neurologist, officially clearing the final hurdle within the league’s concussion protocol to start in Sunday’s Week 12 matchup against the Tennessee Titans.
Rookie cornerback Kenny Moore II, who was also in the concussion protocol, was also cleared to play.
"I feel good," Brissett told Colts.com on Saturday. "I had a good week of preparation and as a team we had a good week of practice."
Brissett was evaluated for — but not diagnosed with — a concussion Nov.
