Loopy Godinez isn’t interested in taking the easy road.
Entering her fifth year under the UFC banner, Godinez has squared off with some of the biggest names in the strawweight division, including Virna Jandiroba, ex-champion Jessica Andrade, and currently 115-pound queen Mackenzie Dern.
She’ll face another tough test on April 11 when she returns to the Octagon for a clash with one-time title challenger Tatiana Suarez at UFC 327 in Miami.
“I’ve been having tough fights in the UFC and I love it,” Godinez told MMA Junkie. “I think that has helped me to grow a lot as a fighter, as an athlete, and teach me so many things.
