Happy Boxing Day, SSFC. For soccer fans, Boxing Day has always been a special day. While most Americans are sleeping in or out spending their Christmas money, we’re glued to our TVs for a day full of Premier League action. The NFL has Thanksgiving, NBA has Christmas day, and England’s top flight has Boxing Day.
Unfortunately there just aren’t a ton of American representatives in England these days. While there are a handful, only a select few actually see any sort of playing time. With Germany on winter break, the chances to see any USMNT players this week are few and far between.
