With wins in their last three and seven of their last 10 overall, the Caps head to Montreal tonight looking to keep things rolling and end February on a high note. They’ll continue to do so without the services of John Carlson, but the rest of the team remains intact as they prepare for a Canadiens team that sits just a few points ahead of them in the Wild Card race.
The hunt for a playoff spot doesn’t get any easier from here, but all the Caps can do is what they can do – and that starts with beating the teams in the same hunt.
